- Switzerland
- United Kingdom
- United States of America
Pending treaties; Egypt, Mauritius, Norway, the Republic of China, Seychelles, Zambia and Zimbabwe. Malawi taxes at source (unlike the United States, for example, that taxes worldwide income on its citizens).
