Aims
- A well-governed country where social peace reigns and where the separation of powers leads to the exercise of governance in a transparent way
- A country that is economically strong and well integrated in its sub region with a population growth rate that is sustainable and consistent with economic growth
- A country where social inequality and poverty are reduced to tolerable levels thanks to an improved system of redistribution of income and of the fruits of economic growth
- A country where equal rights and opportunities for men and women is recognized and enforced
- A democratic country where people’s participation in the management of public affairs should be a cornerstone of the promotion of the rule of law
