Everyone suffers from defeat now and again but it is what you do after defeat that matters. There are those of us, who when defeated simply walk away and vow never to try that again, or some of us become involved in such activities again. Majority of people get discouraged and lose hope in themselves when they are defeated.
When we are defeated, we often convince our minds that we will never make it. And yet defeat is not the end of the world, it is the beginning of success.
