Natural resources in Togo

The natural resources in Togo include;

Phosphates

The country has an estimated 60 million metric tons of phosphate reserves

 Limestone

Limestone reserves are estimated at 20 million tonnes per annum

Marble

Marbles are estimated at over 50,000,000 metric tons

Arable land

Arable land covers 2,510,000 hectares.

National parks

Togo has three national parks which include; Abdoulaye Faunal Reserve, Fazao Mafakassa National Park, Kéran National Park. Wildlife in these national parks includes; elephants.
